Wholesale order FAQ
These are the questions that actually arrive by email before a first order — written out once, so the answer does not depend on who is at the desk that day.
Where an answer depends on your destination, quantity or the exact product, it says so and tells you which detail we need. Nothing here is a promise we cannot keep.
Prices and quantities
The number on the product page is the per-unit wholesale price. There is no separate "trade price list" behind it and no minimum that changes it: the price is the price.
Quantity does change freight rather than the unit price. Freight is charged per parcel, so the second and third item in the same parcel add far less than the first — that is where the landed cost per unit comes down.
Specifications, colours and current stock
Sizes, colours, materials and measurements are listed on the product page. Where a measurement is not published — internal opening diameter is a common one — ask and we confirm it from the factory specification sheet before you order, rather than estimating from a photo.
We do not publish live stock counts, because they move daily and a published number would be wrong by the time you read it. Stock is confirmed per SKU at the moment we quote, and again when the order is confirmed.
Freight, processing and transit
Two ways to get a freight number: use the shipping calculator with your destination postcode and parcel weight, or send the ZIP code and the total quantity and we calculate it for you.
The calculator returns several channels rather than one — a faster tracked courier and slower lower-cost options appear side by side with their own transit estimates. Express courier and standard small parcel are both on that list; the difference is transit time, tracking and price, and you choose the route you want quoted.
Transit times are the carrier's own estimate for that channel. Customs can add days, which is why no delivery date is promised. Dispatch timing is stated on the invoice when the order is confirmed.
Shipping origin and tracking
Parcels ship from our China warehouse. There is no US warehouse, and any supplier telling you otherwise for this price level is worth checking.
Tracking is per channel, not per seller: the calculator shows which channels are tracked and which are not. If tracking matters for your listing, pick a tracked channel — it costs more than the untracked economy route.
Returns and defects
Cross-border wholesale orders are not returnable. The price is set at the lowest wholesale level, which only works if parcels are not travelling back and forth; a returns policy would have to be priced into the unit cost and the price would go up for everyone.
A genuine defect is different from a change of mind. Send photographs of the item and the packaging within a reasonable window after delivery. Where the defect is real, we reship the item — the replacement travels with your next order, because a separate international shipment costs more than the part.
If the defect is not visible in photographs, or the item was damaged after delivery, we will say so plainly rather than absorb it silently.
How an order is placed
Send the SKU list with quantities and the destination. We confirm stock and freight, then issue an invoice. The invoice is the document that carries the registered business details, the agreed prices and the dispatch terms.
Stock updates follow the same channel: ask for a SKU and we tell you what is available at that moment. There is no account dashboard to log into for this.
Business details and payment protection
Registered business details — company name, registration information and the address to put on the invoice — are issued with the invoice rather than printed on the website. If you need them before ordering for a supplier-verification form, ask and they are sent directly.
Payment protection depends on how you pay, not on what a website claims. Ask which payment method is currently accepted for your country and we confirm it in writing before you send money; that confirmation, plus the invoice, is what any dispute would rest on.
Questions about wholesale order faq
Are the prices on the website the final wholesale prices?
Yes. The product page shows the per-unit wholesale price, not a retail price with a discount applied. Freight is quoted separately for your destination and quantity, and it is the only additional charge.
How do I get a shipping cost?
Use the shipping calculator with your destination postcode and the parcel weight, or send the ZIP code and total quantity and we calculate it. The calculator returns several carrier channels with price, transit estimate and whether tracking is included.
Can I choose express courier or standard small parcel?
Yes — both appear in the quote for your destination, and the trade-off is explicit: faster and tracked costs more, the economy route costs less and may not be tracked. You pick the channel you want.
What are the processing and transit times?
Transit depends on the channel and is shown as the carrier's estimate. Dispatch timing is stated on the invoice when the order is confirmed. Customs clearance can add days on top, which is why no guaranteed delivery date is offered.
Where do parcels ship from?
Our China warehouse. There is no US warehouse and no local stock for this price level.
Is tracking included?
Per channel. The calculator marks which channels are tracked; if a listing needs tracking, choose a tracked channel rather than assume every parcel has it.
Do you accept returns?
No. Cross-border wholesale orders are not returnable — a returns policy would have to be priced into the unit cost. The exceptions are genuine defects, handled as described below.
What happens if an item is defective?
Send photographs of the item and the packaging. Where the defect is real, we reship the item with your next order — the replacement does not travel as a separate international shipment. If the photographs do not support the claim, we will say so.
How do I submit an order and get stock updates?
Send the SKU list with quantities and the destination. We confirm stock, quote freight, and issue an invoice. Stock updates are answered per SKU on request; there is no login dashboard.
Do you provide registered business details and payment protection?
Registered company details are issued on the invoice, and sent directly if you need them for supplier verification before ordering. Payment protection depends on the payment method — ask which method is accepted for your country and it is confirmed in writing before payment.
Can you confirm sizes, colours, materials and internal measurements?
Yes, from the factory specification sheet. Ask for the specific measurement you need — internal opening diameter, wall thickness, pack size — and it is confirmed before you order rather than estimated from a product photo.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Some items ship as single units, others start at a carton quantity. The MOQ for the SKU you are looking at is confirmed with the quote.
